Service package:

Our Property Management Service package is covering all basic needs and requirements to ensure satisfied and carefree ownership of a property overseas. A professional team will be ready to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Home service package includes;

Your apartment will be visited a minimum of 12 times a year. It will be checked if the property is in proper condition exterior and interior. Doors, windows, curtains, drain pipes will be controlled. Leaks interiorly or externally will be checked. Each visit will take a minimum of 20 minutes to check the time. During the visit, the property will be ventilated. After each visit, an email conducting the condition of the property will be sent to you on the same day for your review. If there is a defect or leak, the property owner will be informed immediately. There will be an extra home check after bad weather conditions.

  • If you inform us about your visit prior to your arrival, we’ll turn your fridge, hot water, heating system, etc. on.
  • Payments of monthly electric bills
  • Payments of monthly water bills
  • Payment of taxes regularly
  • Insurance services
  • Payment of monthly phone and internet services
  • If requested, during the annual meeting of the complex, the property owner will be represented at the meeting.
  • Secure key holding; For maintenance, cleaning, and inspecting of the property.
  • Keep your mailbox up to date. Depending on your choice mails will be kept in the property to be delivered to your mail address in your home country.
  • If there is a tenant or guest, our service personal will meet them in the apartment and explain how to use the property. In this case, we should be informed by the owner 24 hours prior to the arrival of the guests.

What do we do when we visit a property;

  • Before entering the property we make sure there is nobody in the apartment
  • Checking water and electric meters and activating them if needed
  • Checking electric fuses and water main valve if they are working
  • Keeping the windows open to ventilate the apartment minimum of 20 minutes and fill up the property with fresh air.
  • Open water taps, turning on lights if they are working. If there is any lamp or tap broken, we make sure to fix them.
  • Toilet flash is being checked if they are properly working. And keeping away bad odor out of the property if needed.
  • Throw out all garbage if there is any in the apartment in order to avoid the unwanted smell
  • We check walls and ceilings if there are any cracks.
  • Keeping the fridge door open if electricity is off in the property
  • We will take all the furniture in the property if there is any left in the balcony. If there is any furniture not to be carried inside, the homeowner takes responsibility in case of any damage.
  • All the windows doors and shutters will be closed after inspecting the property
  • Water and electric meters will be turned off
  • All the damages or anything needed to be fixed, you will be notified.
  • We lock the door 3 times.
  • After inspecting your home we make a list and report and email you on the same day.
