The form you will fill may be checked at the borders of the Republic of Turkey whether you have filled in this form or not, and If you haven’t filled in the form or made misleading statements, you may face legal and administrative sanctions. Furthermore, you might not be allowed to enter Turkey. (if you are not a Turkish Citizen or you do not have a residence permit).

Your personal data are obtained by completely automated means (via this website) and the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is exceptions in accordance with the second paragraph of Article 5, paragraph 3 of Article 6 and clauses (c), (ç) and (d) of the first paragraph of Article 28 of the (KVK Law).

Rights of Related Persons

You can use your rights stipulated in Article 11 of the KVK Law by applying to our Ministry in accordance with the 13th article of the KVK Law and the relevant provisions of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller ("Application to the Data Controller").
